Child Birth Education

4–6 Week Series | Group & Virtual Options

Our Childbirth Education series provides comprehensive preparation for labor, birth, and the immediate postpartum period. Designed for families planning hospital, birth center, or home birth, these classes combine evidence-informed instruction with practical comfort techniques and informed decision-making support.

Offered as a 4–6 week group series, families will gain a grounded understanding of the birth process and leave feeling confident navigating their choices.

Lactation Education Classes

4–6 Week Series | Group & Virtual Options

Our Lactation Education series provides foundational preparation for breastfeeding and newborn feeding. Parents learn positioning, latch fundamentals, milk supply basics, common challenges, and how to confidently recognize feeding cues.

Offered in both group and virtual formats, these sessions are designed to build calm, informed confidence before baby arrives.
