At Sacred House of Eden, our providers attend births in homes, birth centers, and hospitals throughout Nashville, TN, and the surrounding areas.

Are S.H.E Maternal Care Providers Available for My Due Date?

To inquire about availability during your birthing time, please contact us. We welcome last minute inquiries when availability allows.

Client Availability:

We are always available for our returning clients! Additionally, we are currently accepting new clients with due dates in 2026.

Commitment to Your Birth Experience:

Because attending your birth is our top priority, our doulas carefully balance their on-call periods. You can rely on your maternal care provider to be by your side throughout your labor and birth. In the rare event that your assigned doula cannot attend, a back-up doula will be available to ensure you receive continuous support.

Maternal Care Consultation and Payment Information:

  • Maternal Care Consultation Fee: Free

  • Families may reserve their care through the following options:

    • Paid in Full — Families who choose to reserve their care in full receive a $200 Sacred House Courtesy Credit on all birth packages and 3 bonus hours for postpartum packages.

    • Structured Payment Plan — For those who prefer to space their investment, a guided payment schedule will be thoughtfully arranged during your booking process.

    • We accept FSA and HSA, but please confirm with your insurance provider regarding doula coverage.

    • Alternative payment arrangements (bartering) may be considered when aligned.

  • Payment Terms:

    • Because Sacred House of Eden begins preparing for your on-call window at 37 weeks, all balances must be completed by the end of your 36th week of pregnancy. This ensures your care team can devote their full attention to supporting your birth without administrative interruptions.

    • Clients signing on at 34 weeks or later may be required to pay the balance in full at the time of signing the contract.

  • Reservation Fee:

    • All birth packages require a 30% non-refundable reservation fee to secure your place on our calendar.

    • All postpartum packages require a reservation fee of $150 non refundable.

  • Additional Benefits:
    All clients will have access to our lending library.
