At Sacred House of Eden, our doulas attend births in homes, birth centers, and hospitals throughout Nashville, TN, and the surrounding areas.

We also offer traveling doulas for those who may be outside our immediate service area. Please inquire to see if we can provide support in your location.

Are S.H.E Maternal Care Providers Available for My Due Date?

To inquire about availability during your birthing time, please contact us. Even if it's last minute, we may still be able to assist you in achieving the birth experience you desire.

Client Availability

We are always available for our returning clients! Additionally, we are currently accepting new clients with due dates in 2026.

Commitment to Your Birth Experience

Because attending your birth is our top priority, our doulas carefully balance their on-call periods. You can rely on your maternal care provider to be by your side throughout your labor and birth. In the rare event that your assigned doula cannot attend, a back-up doula will be available to ensure you receive continuous support.

Maternal Care Consultation and Payment Information

  • Maternal Care Consultation Fee: $33.33
    Ask about our flexible payment options!

  • Payment Options:

    • We accept FSA and HSA, but please confirm with your insurance provider regarding doula coverage.

    • We offer bartering options, provided that the service benefits our business.

  • Payment Terms:

    • Final payment is due by the end of 36 weeks of pregnancy.

    • Clients signing on at 34 weeks or later may be required to pay the balance in full at the time of signing the contract.

  • Deposits:

    • All birth plans require a 25% deposit.

    • All postpartum plans require a deposit of $150.

    • After signing your contract and returning it with your deposit, a credit of $33.33 (the consultation fee) will be applied to your final balance.

  • Pay-in-Full Benefit:
    Families who pay in full at the time of signing the contract will receive a $150 SHE credit on all birth plans and 3 bonus hours for postpartum plans.

  • Additional Benefits:
    All clients will have access to our lending library.
